We are always looking for people interested in joining our Department.

If you reside in the Islip Terrace Fire District, there are so many reasons why one should consider becoming part of Islip Terrace Fire Department.

Fire and Medical response for the ones you know and care about in your community, self achievement and respect for doing something to help those in need, and on going training are just to list a few. Who Can Join?

We invite anybody form the ages of 8 to 17 years old to join our Jr.Fire Fighter Team and any one from age 18 to 50 to join or Department. Members must be able to dedicate enough time to participate in hands on dills along with class room seminars to help make a difference in the Community.

Benefits of Joining

There are several benefits to becoming a member of our organization. Our members are close friends and we have a great time when we get together. Of course we also have a common interest, and we hope to further our cause.

How Can You Join?

To join we need a completed application and membership dues for the first year. Please contact us for more information and a copy of the application.
